KILOMETERS FOR QUITO
The fourth annual Kilometers for Quito fundraiser was a remarkable success thanks to the generosity of people like you. Families of Whitefield Academy and Trinity Anglican rallied together, avoided Atlanta rain enough for a run, and gave $45,000 to the mission of Amor y Esperanza!
Funds of this year’s Kilometers for Quito help ensure AyE can hire and retain talented teachers who love Jesus. With the school year coming up, there’s no better time to give toward this Kingdom work.
Will you consider helping us reach our goal of $50,000 by making a donation today? You can give here.
If you’ve already donated, thank you. You can invite more families into the work of AyE by forwarding this email to your community. Thank you for your generosity!
WHITEFIELD KM4Q
Whitefield’s KM4Q event was a successful evening full of fun and heartfelt moments. It was more than friends and families gathering at the school to run and walk a mile. It was a time to hear Pancho and Pitty’s vision for the new school year and join them in the redemptive work God is doing at AyE. Above please enjoy some moments from Whitefield's event!
TRINITY KM4Q
A few days after Whitefield’s event, Trinity Anglican hosted a similar run on the Westside of Atlanta. It stormed all day, but the weather cleared up enough for a 5K run in the evening, which was won with a time just over 20 minutes. Below you will see the fun and atmosphere reflected on everyone's face!
ZOLAS IN ATLANTA
The Zola family spent more than a week in Atlanta, building relationships with Christ-centered communities that want to further the work of Amor y Esperanza. They visited Eastside Church for the first time and spoke at Eastside Christian School and Whitefield Academy. They also had a chance to meet with leaders at Wesleyan School and Samford University. Both schools are planning to send mission teams to AyE next year. The Zolas give God all the credit in making meaningful connections, and eagerly anticipate all that the Lord has in store!
